Our Story
Martin Nursery was founded in 1992 by Ted Marin with a clear belief: great landscapes come
from understanding how living elements work together. With a background in plant science and
ornamental horticulture, Ted built the company around craft, horticulture, and thoughtful design.
Over the years, the work has expanded, yet the principle has stayed the same: create landscapes
that feel natural, function beautifully, and mature the right way. Today, Martin Nursery is known
for a complete approach: design, construction, and ongoing care, so the landscape doesn’t just
look good when it’s finished, but continues to improve for years.
